Shortly before the Knowledge Day, employees of Transneft Diascan have organised a volunteer campaign to collect gifts for pupils from the Lukhovitsy social and rehabilitation centre for minors, located in Matyra Settlement, Lukhovitsy Urban District, Moscow Region.
The employees purchased materials for handicrafts, creative and development kits at their own expense. Then, representatives of Transneft Diascan’s volunteer movement handed them over to children at a festive event in the social rehabilitation centre.
Currently, 23 children of different ages live in the centre. These are children from large and low-income families who have found themselves in difficult life situations. In the centre, they receive the necessary care, nursing and rehabilitation.
The volunteer campaign was organised as part of the corporate volunteer movement of Transneft and its subsidiaries.
