Transneft Diascan Confirms Compliance of Occupational Health, Environmental and Energy Management Systems with International Standards

Transneft Diascan has passed yet another audit of the occupational health management system (OHMS), environmental management system (EMS) and energy management system (EnMS), that confirmed their compliance with the requirements of international standards.

The certification association auditors confirmed compliance of the OHMS with the requirements of the OHSAS 18001:2007 international standard and issued a corresponding certificate for a period of three years with the subsequent transition to a new version of the standard.

The environmental management system of Transneft Diascan was confirmed to be compliant with the ISO 14001:2015 international standard. Based on the results of the audit, the Company was issued a certificate of conformity for three years with annual confirmation.

The energy management system was checked for compliance with the requirements of the ISO 50001:2011 international standard through an external certification audit. As a result, the audit confirmed effective alignment of the EnMS processes with the requirements of the international standard. The Company was issued a certificate for two years.

The certification of occupational health, environmental and energy management systems for compliance with international standards is part of the implementation of the Transneft Integrated Policy in Occupational Safety, Energy Efficiency, Industrial and Environmental Safety. This document defines protection of lives and health of employees, increasing energy efficiency, ensuring industrial safety and protecting the environment as the Company's highest and invariable priorities.
