Transneft Diascan has hosted a meeting of chief engineers of Transneft subsidiaries. The event was attended by Pavel Revel-Muroz, Vice-President of Transneft, Sergey Ermish, General Director of Transneft Diascan, heads of directorates, sections and divisions of the Company, as well as chief engineers of subsidiaries and branches.
The meeting’s participants discussed operation of oil and petroleum products trunk pipelines (OTPs and PPTPs) in 2018 and in-line inspection of trunk and process pipelines of oil pumping stations (PSs).
Discussed were the issues of industrial safety and labour protection at Transneft subsidiaries’ facilities, as well as measures for the implementation and monitoring of a comprehensive programme for employees’ professional development and improvement of their work discipline.
In addition, a report was presented on the results of the pilot operation of a subsystem for vehicle speed and driving style control with its possible implementation at Transneft subsidiaries.
