Transneft Diascan, JSC Presents Unique Proprietary Flaw Detectors at Exhibition in the People’s Republic of China

Transneft Diascan, JSC has presented prototypes of proprietary ultrasound inspection complex (USK-03) and DMU and MSK combined flaw detectors, which are unrivalled in the world, at the international exhibition CIPPE-2015. The event took place in Beijing from March 26 to March 28 of this year. The prototypes were on display as part of the exhibition stand of Transneft, JSC.

  Exhibition visitors, who included representatives of Chinese national oil and gas corporations, showed an increased interest to the exhibition products of the company. Guests were provided with printed information on the services rendered by the company in the field of in-line inspection (ILI). Currently, the total length of pipelines in the territory of the People’s Republic of China constitutes, approximately, 100,000 km. With due consideration of the strengthening of state requirements for ecology and operational safety of pipelines, this level of capacity allows for viewing the People’s Republic of China as a prospective market for ILI devices.

  The International Petroleum & Petrochemical Technology and Equipment Exhibition (CIPPE ) is the largest and the most recognized petroleum and petrochemical forum of the People’s Republic of China and the largest forum of this type in Asia. Approximately, 1,200 companies from 45 world countries participated in this exhibition in 2015.
