Production and technological capabilities of the enterprise – inspection tools developed by Transneft Diascan (scrubbing tools, geometry tools and defectoscopes) and the test ground where diagnostic equipment is tested under the conditions close to real, have been shown to the foreign guest.
The PCS testing complex is intended for bench testing of the equipment of the automation, telemetry, and software systems for the facilities of Transneft subsidiaries to verify the compliance with the standard documents of Transneft.
Information on services of Transneft Diascan in the sphere of pipelines in-line inspection was presented to the guests and own-produced inspection gadgets were shown.
At the exhibition, Transneft Diascan will present the mockup models of its in-house inline inspection tools: combined magnetic and combined magnetic ultrasonic defectoscopes.
The project allowed excluding employees’ contact with chemicals and creating a system of permanent gas environment monitoring in working areas.
The operations were carried out using in-house inline inspection tools.
18 students from the 10th and 11th grades received diplomas and valuable gifts; letters of gratitude were given to mentor teachers.
