The works were conducted both by using own resources of the enterprise and with the assistance of subcontracting organizations within the limits of Overall Program of Diagnostic Examination of Pipelines and Objects of PS of Transneft, JSC for 2015.
The meeting participants included Pavel Aleksandrovich Revel-Muroz, Vice President of the Company, Vladimir Aleksandrovich Nazarov, Deputy Vice President of the Company, department directors at Transneft, JSC, heads of divisions and services, chief engineers from the Company’s subsidiaries and branches.
The environmental management system is part of the Transneft Diascan, JSC’s general management system.
The new inspection method is based on the use of an ultrasonic defectoscope for high definition thickness gauging.
The event was attended by representatives of Transneft, JSC, the Russian President's Executive Office, the State Duma of the Russian Federation, Rostechnadzor, Transneft R&D, LLC, and other subsidiaries of Transneft system, delegates from entities and businesses that are members of Rostechnadzor’s SB (Rosneft Oil Company, CJSC, Gazprom, JSC, Tatneft, JSC, LUKOIL, JSC, and others).
Transneft Diascan, JSC has obtained the exclusive rights to intellectual product ‘Test Area’ and ‘Test Area Pipeline with a PIG Trap,’ which is acknowledged by patens of invention Nos. 2549384 and 2547047, respectively, issued by the Federal Intellectual Property Service of Russia.
Vadim Grigoriev, head of economy department, and Valery Kadakin, lead engineer of the chief metrologist office, were given “Proactive Attitude” awards.

Transneft Diascan, JSC will take part in MIOGE 2015 gas and oil industry exhibition which is to be held since June 23 till June 26, 2015 at Expocentre exhibition complex in Moscow. The exhibition stand of Transneft, JSC will present four models of diagnostic equipment of the enterprise’s own manufacture: a multichannel geometry tool, a combined magnetic ultrasound defectoscope, a combined magnetic defectoscope with axial and circumferential magnetization and an ultrasound defectoscope.
The appliance is designed in accordance with the Transneft Diascan, JSC Schedule of Diagnostic Systems Development and after the inspection and test adopted by the Commission of Transneft, JSC.
